Jim Bramblett

Jim Bramblett is the Interim Director of the FSU Employee Assistance Program. He is an FSU alum who proudly “bleeds garnet and gold”. Jim has been with the FSU EAP since 1998 and previously worked in behavioral healthcare settings, university student counseling, and private practice. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), he lends his clinical expertise to the FSU Threat Assessment Team and has served as an adjunct instructor in both the College of Human Sciences and the College of Social Work.

Melissa Bolen

Melissa Bolen is the Clinical Coordinator of the FSU EAP. She is also an FSU alum and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Melissa has been with the FSU EAP since 2013 and previously worked in a residential treatment program.

Kyle Caswell
MS, LMHC, CEAP, SAPEAP Counselor

Kyle Caswell is a counselor at the FSU Employee Assistance Program. As a native of Tallahassee, he is a TCC, FSU, and FAMU alum. Kyle has been with the FSU EAP since 2017 and previously worked at the Florida abuse registry and at a substance abuse treatment center. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
